1. Agreement and scope

These terms govern your use of resource-servicehub.digital and any analytics consulting engagement agreed with Resource ServiceHub. A consulting engagement begins only when both parties accept a written proposal, statement of work, or equivalent agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the engagement agreement controls.

2. Website information

Website content is general information, not a guarantee of results or a substitute for advice based on your product and data. You may use the site lawfully and must not interfere with its security, availability, or operation.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide timely, lawful access to relevant systems, accurate context, and a suitable contact person. Clients remain responsible for obtaining required user consents and ensuring that data shared with us may legally be processed for the engagement.

4. Fees and delivery

Fees, taxes, deposit requirements, milestones, and delivery dates are set out in the accepted proposal. Dates depend on timely access and feedback. Material scope changes may require a revised estimate and schedule.

5. Intellectual property and confidentiality

Each party keeps ownership of materials it held before the engagement. After full payment, the client may use engagement-specific deliverables for its internal business purposes unless the proposal says otherwise. We keep ownership of general methods, templates, and know-how. Each party will protect non-public information received from the other and use it only for the agreed work.

6. Warranties and liability

We provide services with reasonable professional care but do not promise a particular commercial outcome. To the extent allowed by Thai law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability connected with an engagement is limited to fees paid for the affected services, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

7. Ending an engagement

Either party may end an engagement under the accepted proposal or for a material breach not corrected within a reasonable written notice period. Fees remain due for completed work and committed costs. Refund and cancellation treatment follows our refund policy and the proposal.

8. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Before starting formal proceedings, both parties agree to try in good faith to resolve a dispute through discussion. Questions may be sent through our contact page or to the Bangkok address in the footer.
